Towpath Strolls

Towpath Strolls is a free Friday evening entertainment series that invites people to explore the Towpath Trail in new ways with a unique, family friendly activity each week.

Each Friday in September, join us on the trail for entertainment and exploration!

September 29: Movement, Meditation, Motivation & More!

This week's entertainment along a half mile portion of the Towpath Trail, beginning at Sokolowski’s Overlook, includes:

• Nature yoga for kids by Kids in Cleveland (all ages invited to participate!)
• Dance lessons and performances from Abrepaso Flamenco
• Zumba lessons and fun cardio workouts in 15 minute increments from Dance By Sha’Ran

Complete all movement stations and be entered to win a prize!
