The Ohio & Erie Canalway Association awarded funds to the Broadway Slavic Village Development Corporation as part of its Strategic Grants Program to create “Cycle of Arches”, the public art piece at E.49th and Broadway in Cleveland.

The public art, by Johnathan Kurtz, is positioned along the designated Ohio & Erie Canalway America’s Byway and serves as the entryway for the Slavic Village downtown district, which stretches down Broadway to the headquarters of Third Federal. Broadway Slavic Village is highly respected for their ingenuity and dedication. This is just one more example.

On March 23 2015, Cycle of Arches was dedicated via a ribbon cutting ceremony. It will soon be lit for a night-time personality.
