The first segment of the Cleveland Foundation Centennial Trail is scheduled to open this summer, it will connect the 101-Towpath Trail at Scranton Flats to Rivergate Park. Rivergate Park is home to Merwin’s Wharf, the Western Reserve Rowing Association and the Crooked River Skate Park.

When complete, the Cleveland Foundation Centennial Trail will traverse a transformed 1.3-mile abandoned railroad right-of-way through the West Bank of the Flats, terminating at Wendy Park on Whiskey Island.

The first section of the trail is opening August 13th 2015, get more details here.
